Our builders clean is a thorough cleaning of a property after construction or refurbishment work is complete. It’s designed to prepare the property for final inspection and handover to the homeowner.
We specialise in all necessary aspects of post-construction cleaning and carry out our builders clean in two stages:
Stage 1
Initial builders clean – First of all, we will sweep the dwelling to remove any dirt, dust and debris that may have been left after the construction work by builders. We work in conjunction with the tradesmen to remove rubbish, and dust from floor, cabinets, counter top and all the fixture and fittings. Remove stickers, paint and splatters from windows, door, toilets and appliances.
Stage 1
Final details clean – damp wipe all the cupboards and draws, clean and detail bathrooms, polish and details stainless appliances, vacuum throughout and mop wet areas.
